The Vineyard
at San Marcos Creek Vineyard features a dual tier double lyre trellis system which maximizes vine yield. The soil conditions include both sandy loam and rocky base which are ideal for the varietals cultivated on the property. The vineyards are irrigated from two abundant wells, so the precious resource of water is never a problem. The mature, fifteen year old root stocks produce a high yield, luscious fruit that is the envy of other producers in this respected Central Coast wine region.
